Speech, Bill C-13, An Act to amend the criminal code (organized crime and protection of justice system participants) - May 27, 2009
The Liberal party supports this bill but does not believe it goes far enough to fix the problem. Tougher sentencing is good, but it does not address the issue of catching the gang members in the first place.
